BERKELEY HEIGHTS TOWNSHIP LOAN CLOSINGS

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

Berkeley Heights Township recently closed on two loans with the NJ Water Bank totaling $6,960,437. One loan will finance the procurement of a vac truck through a co-op. The township's existing vac truck is more than 20 years old and in need of replacement. The second loan will finance the replacement of a failed sand filtration system required for NJPDES permit compliance. The project will require less electrical usage with greater performance.
