DOWNE TOWNSHIP FORTESCUE PACKAGE PLANT

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

Cumberland County recently closed on a $16,005,200 loan with the NJ Water Bank to construct a wastewater treatment plant and collection system for Fortescue and Gandy's Beach replacing existing septic systems. Connecting homes to a collection system and centralized treatment facility will reduce the repeated failure of the individual systems during flood events.
