HOBOKEN SW RESILIENCY PARK PHASE II

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

The City of Hoboken recently closed on a $9,172,125 loan with the NJ Water Bank to implement Phase II of its SW Resiliency Park. Phase I employed green infrastructure to detain approximately 10,939 cubic feet of stormwater and keep it out of the combined sewer system during rain events. The city now proposes to expand the park westward by financing the acquisition of Block 10 (Lots 1-7 and 30-36).
