ROBBINSVILLE TOWNSHIP COUNTRY MEADOWS, BROOKSHIRE ESTATE, AND MEADOWBROOK ROAD

NJ I-Bank and NJDOT Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

Robbinsville Township recently closed a $2,000,000 loan from the NJ Transportation Bank for roadway resurfacing and reconstruction of Meadowbrook Road, which connects to the Thomas J. May Nature Trail and William Tatum Park. Located near Robbinsville High School and Pond Road Middle School, it serves residential areas and a retail zone on Rte. 130, resulting in heavy traffic from vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles. The road's current condition includes potholes, cracking, and drainage issues that cause ponding and icy surfaces. The project will replace damaged curbs, update signage and striping, install raised pavement markers, and reset inlets with bicycle-safe grates.
