PVSC VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS LOAN CLOSING

The Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission recently closed on a $6,163,013 loan with the New Jersey Water Bank for improvements to its vehicle maintenance building, vehicle storage buildings, fuel storage and dispensing facilities, vehicle maintenance garages and car wash. The work includes roof improvements, structural repairs, HVAC, electrical, replacement lighting and plumbing improvements. The project also includes replacement of underground fuel storage tanks, fuel dispensing equipment and replacement of the fuel island and canopy. Office and conference rooms in the facility will also be improved including workspaces, bathrooms, and locker rooms.
