ROOSEVELT BOROUGH LOAN CLOSING

Roosevelt Borough recently closed on a $453,079 loan with the NJ Water Bank to replace water mains on Homestead Lane, Elm Court, and Cedar Court. These water mains, dating back to 1940, are undersized and tuberculated. This project will ensure adequate water capacity through the mains, reduce the frequency of pipe cleaning and maintenance, and considerably reduce the number of main breaks in this area. In addition, existing lead service line connections will be replaced with HDPE water mains and copper water services.
